Analitical Fourier-Spectrometer


Analytical Fourier-spectrometer AF-1 is designed for spectral investigations and analytical measurements in a spectrum infra-red region.

Fourier-spectrometer AF-1 can be equipped with the following ad-on devices developed and manufactured in STC of Unique Instrumentation of RAS:

  • attachment for measuring mirror and diffuse reflection;
  • attachment of multiple disturbed complete inner reflection приставкой многократного;
  • capacitor for obtaining an object spectra;
  • diameter 1.5 mm;
  • liquid cells with different thickness of liquid layers with crystal windows, transparent at corresponding spectrum regions жидкостными;
  • single-pass gas cells 10 cm long;
  • multi-pass gas cell with windows of different materials with optical path length from1 to 8 m.
